PSA 变压吸附制氮机

PSA变压吸附制氮是利用吸附剂---碳分子筛在不同压力下对氧、氮的吸附能力大小不同而达到空气分离目的的一种常温气体分离技术,和传统深冷空气相比,具有工艺简单,设备制造容易,适应性强,自动化程度高,运行陈本低,投资省的特点。

设计工况说明:
• 以上数据表是压缩空气在0.7MPa的进气压力和20。(2进气温度条件下计算得出(气体单位状态参考条件:20摄氏度,1013毫巴(a),相对湿度0%,海拔0米)。
• 如果压缩空气进气压力、进气温度、用户所处的环境温度、湿度、海拔条件发生变化,以上数据表须进行参数修正。例如同一型号
制氮机的进气压力提高,性能将有所提升;反之,进气温度、环境湿度、海拔升高,性能将有所降低。具体请咨询公司技术人员。
• 进制氮机吸附塔前压缩空气须满足ISO 8573-1:20101.2.1级别,对防止分子筛进油进水非常重要。
• 上表尺寸和重量均不包含空气工艺缓冲罐和氮气工艺缓冲罐,实际尺寸和重量以最终设计为准。
• 空气缓冲罐和氮气缓冲罐应选择合适的容积大小,且距离制氮主机的距离不能超过10米。
